A 5 acre lake excavated in 2004, Andy's Fishing Lake reaches 20 foot at its deepest. The main lake contains common carp, bream, tench and roach. Most of the carp fish over 7lbs, with larger carp hitting 20lbs. Since opening, anglers have regularly been catching 100lbs with some taking over 400lbs in a day!
Many anglers use sweetcorn or pellet with good results, and maggots to attract the smaller fish. Popular with families, Andy's Lake proves successful even for the inexperienced angler.
