Lavender Hall Fishery

Lavender Hall Fishery is a Stillwater fishery located in the West Midlands. Here we have available 4 general/match lakes and one Specimen Carp lake. Ever since late 2004 when the current owners bought it they have done an immense amount of work on both the Fishery & The Cafe to make it into what is now one of the best fisheries in the midlands. Ever since three years ago a tackle shop is now available on-site, it stocks live bait (Maggots, Casters, Worms) and all the Tackle & Bait that is now required for modern day fishing. Food and drink can be purchased on-site in the cafe, hot food is served until 1.30pm daily. In the cafe we also have on site toilets.

Lavender Hall Fishery, Berkswell, Coventry runs adjacent to Berkswell Railway Station. It has been a popular venue since it first opened in 1998. The Specimen Lake holds carp to 30lbs whilst our other four lakes have a wide variety of typical coarse fish.

With on-site cafe/toilets, plenty of car parking, disabled facilities and a range of tackle and bait for sale.

Fishery Rules

ALL NETS MUST BE DIPPED BEFORE FISHING!
STRICTLY NO standing with fish at anytime, including photos.
Day Tickets to be purchased before fishing in the Tackle Shop.
Barbless Hooks Only.
Keepnets are only permitted in matches.

BANNED BAITS:
Floating Baits / Trout Pellets / Tiger Nuts / Peanuts
Seed Baits (Hemp seed purchased on-site can be used)
Blood Worm
Carp pellets maximum 16mm
Cat meat and dog food to be used only in moderation
Floating Baits & Tiger Nuts can be used on the specimen lake only.

LINE/TACKLE
Braid and Dacron can only be used on hook lengths
Maximum 15lb breaking strain – Minimum 2lb
Semi fixed bolt rigs only permitted i.e. no shots, line stops, tied leads, tied or elasticated feeders
We do allow the Guru Elasticated Feeders

No handling of fish with cloths – where possible always use an unhooking mat, and please do not unhook fish on pegs (slabs or timber decks). You MUST have an unhooking mat to fish on the Specimen Lake.
Finally, please dispose of litter in bins provided – that’s what they are there for!
Anyone not abiding by rules as laid out above will be asked to kindly leave Lavender Hall – we value our environment and would ask you to do the same.

Station Carp Lake Rules
Anglers must purchase a ticket before fishing.

Maximum of 3 rods per angler.

Only 1 angler per peg except pegs No. 1 and No.12 which are 2 man pegs.

Each angler is required to have there own landing net, and carp unhooking mat, which MUST be dipped before fishing.

All litter to be put into carrier bags and put into the bins.

STRICTLY NO standing with fish at anytime, including photos.

No bait boats allowed.

Please be courteous to our bailiff, he is there to assist and protect the fish stock
